Trade In Your NeXus 10 MKI or MKII for a NeXus 10 MK3

Step-by-Step Process

✅ STEP 1: Buy Your New NeXus 10 MK3


Purchase your new NeXus 10 MK3 using the same email address and contact information you will use for your trade-in.

Note: Trade-in is only accepted if a NeXus 10 MK3 has been purchased.


✅ STEP 2: Submit Your Trade-In Request


After your purchase, submit your trade-in request via the Mind Media trade-in form or by contacting your representative to confirm eligibility.

Important: Only 1 trade-in request is allowed per purchased NeXus 10 MK3.


✅ STEP 3: Receive Confirmation


You will receive an email confirmation with your trade-in reference number and shipping instructions.


✅ STEP 4: Ship Your NeXus 10


Send your NeXus 10 MKI or MKII to:

✅ STEP 5: Receive Your Refund


After inspection, you will receive your trade-in refund based on the final device assessment:

  • 5% of the NeXus 10 MK3 product list price for a fully functioning NeXus 10 MKI (older than 7 years)

  • 10% of the NeXus 10 MK3 product list price for a fully functioning NeXus 10 MKII (older than 7 years)

Trade-In Terms

  1. Eligibility

    • Only NeXus 10 MKI and MKII devices older than 7 years qualify for trade-in.

    • Devices younger than 7 years are within their economic and technical lifetime and do not qualify.

  2. Purchase Requirement

    • Trade-in is only available if a new NeXus 10 MK3 has been purchased.

    • Use the same email address and contact details for the purchase and trade-in request.

  3. 1 Trade-In Per New MK3 Purchased

    • Only 1 trade-in request is allowed per purchased NeXus 10 MK3.

  4. Condition Requirements

    • Devices must be fully functional and free of major damage.

    • Essential accessories (battery pack and battery charger) must be included.

    • Sensors and other cables are not included in the trade-in and can be retained for use with your new NeXus 10 MK3.

  5. Inspection and Value Determination

    • Mind Media will inspect each device upon receipt.

    • Mind Media reserves the right to adjust the trade-in value if the device shows excessive wear, damage, missing accessories, or functional issues.

  6. Ownership and Data Responsibility

    • By sending in your device, you confirm you are the rightful owner.

    • Please remove any personal or client data before shipping; Mind Media is not responsible for data left on traded-in units.

  7. Compensation Payment

    • The trade-in refund will be calculated based on the NeXus 10 MK3 product list price and paid after final assessment and acceptance by Mind Media.
