Mindmedia pledges that we are committed to providing both clients and end-users with the utmost in privacy and security. We abide by all industry guidelines and consistently monitor our management and operating methods in order to maintain our valued reputation and integrity. Type of Information Collected
Mind Media is a site which offers our own products for sale as well as offerings from third-party advertisers. We also make available free downloads of software which require subscription to our email mailing list. This subscription can be terminated at any time. We will never make any information collected by sales of our products nor subscription to our mailing list available to anyone else.

With regard to third party advertising. Each offer is sponsored by one of our advertisers. Information is collected from the consumer through an online form. Applicants submit their name, address, title, e-mail address, and age along with other demographic information and optional questions chosen by the advertiser.

Use of Collected Information by Advertisers
Information is collected by Mind Media but is the sole property of the advertiser and is shared only with the advertiser. Each advertiser individually controls what is done with the information collected. We host ads and collect the information from consumers on behalf of our client. Member Contact
If the opt-in box is selected on the entry form, we have permission to contact the applicant via electronic or postal mail regarding information, savings, or special offers that relate directly to the information, savings, or special offers that relate directly to the information they have provided.
